• Not sure what all you mean by connecting to your Verizon account but I get my emails, calls etc without issue. I have the GPS one so I need my phone nearby to answer calls on my watch but I have no connection issues. Sorry this probably doesn’t answer your question in full but I have not had any issues thus far.

• I have a Verizon account and bought my watch through an Apple Store over a year ago. I have had no problems with the text or phone with regards to my watch.
