Unfortunately, the Apple Watch is not compatible with android phones like your Samsung.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The watch does have fall support. On initial setup that is one of the features it ask you about. It has a built in accelerometer so if you fall and don’t move it will notify you it is calling emergency services if you don’t respond to the watch it will automatically connect you to the operator or you can specifically tell the watch to call emergency services and it will connect you to emergency services. I have personally used it.

But if you not interested in using your phone anymore some watches can turn into phones just by buying the plan for it which you need to talk with your mobile carrier.
