“Do you have to have an IPhone to use this watch ? or can you set ALL of the settings manually or by using a MacBook ? I believe the description says IPhone required... why ?”

• you absolutely have to have an iPhone. IOS system can only work with itself lol you can’t pair two different systems that don’t match. They have other smart watches but for an APPLE watch you need an APPLE phone.

• You need to have an iPhone because it won’t work with an android device. The apple watch can only pair with your iPhone and it will refuse to connect with any other type of android phone. I’m not sure if it will work with a MacBook.
