I just purchased this watch and am waiting for it to arrive. Following the purchase I was asked if this watch can be added to our Verizon service by the recipient of the watch. Is this doable? I probably should have thought about this before the purchase null

If you purchased a watch that has cellular capabilities, adding it to your account shouldn’t be a problem. Cellular watches have a red dot on the knob

Yes, the GPS version just piggybacks off of the cell phone it is pairing to. The Cellular version has the option to add a cellular plan to it.

This watch is GPS only. There is an option of GPS + Cellular.
