• No, Consumer Cellular does not support. And I would believe that holds true for some of the other providers. Surprised, since CS uses both AT&T and T-Mobile. I would have bought the cellular model they supported.

• You can use with any carrier. I would only add that feature if you’re never really around your phone. If it’s always near you, you don’t need to pay extra to add your carrier.
