• GPS only works with wifi or your phone via Bluetooth. Unlocked you have to purchase a separate SIM card and connect with a wireless provider such as att or Verizon etc

• Unlock is one that is not tied to a carrier but can pick up a plan for cellular if you pay for it. GPS is better in my opinion becaUw it’s just a extension of your phone

• Cellular version is a waste of money. You’re not gaining enough to justify the price or the monthly fee. This is the third version I have had and the gps does all that you can ask for.
