Yes. However, deep diving and hot showers are not recommended.

You can shower or swim with this on. I would not recommend diving with this watch. It can handle rain just fine. There is an option in its control center to turn on water lock, which will allow you to shower/swim with this on. Once done with the shower/swim, you can then use the option to disable water lock and it emits a beeping sound to discard any water that might be in the speaker grill. I have had no problems with swimming with this on and using the swim activity from the built in sports activities app.
