Yes and no…you’ll get a charging cable that has a round magnetic connection to affix on the back of your series 8 watch, as pictured on the left.  However, the cord for this cable does not come with a plug-in cube, such as the one pictured on the right.

You can purchase the plug-in cube through Best Buy or most other retailers.  The older style of wall plug-in cube for Apple products will not work as you must get a USB-C versus a standard USB.  The charging cord for the watch will plug into other USB-C sources such as a laptop or dock but I’ve noticed my watch charges much faster with the wall outlet plug-in.

Yes, the Apple Watch Series 8 comes with a charger. It is a magnetic wireless type. You plug it into a power source that accepts a USB-C plug and place your watch on top of the charging pad.

No, it does not. Very disapointing after the money spent on this item. Luckily, I had a power bank with a USB "C" port on it until I could procure the proper chargers from Amazon.
