• I DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THE PACE MAKER BUT THIS IS A APPLE WATCH AND NOT A FOR SENIOR PHONE . IS NOT COMPATABLE WITH THE JITTERBUG PHONE . SUSAN PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION OF THE WATCH OR GO TO A APPLE STORE FOR MORE INFO AND STOP WAISTING TIME .

• No reason not to wear both together. I just bought a watch and will wear it even though I have a pacemaker. The PM has its own electrical pulse and does not interfere with the watch.
