With the watch on your wrist, launch the ECG app by pressing the watch stem. You place your index finger on the stem and your thumb on the opposite side of the watch. Hold the stem for 30 seconds.

You find the icon- then hold your finger on the buttonz it will count down . It keeps your reading on a history file

You press the button the side down and stay still for 30 seconds and it reads it! It then sends it to your health app for you to review the results on your phone!
