However, if you do not use the watch for texting/calls, etc., then I would say it lasts a decent amount of time, mine was about 18 hours or so, and if in battery saving mode no because it lasts longer. I wear my watch for work and then a little afterwards and before work so about 16-18 hours (I work as a RN 12 hours) and it still ends up being 50-60% charged not on battery saving mode. However, my old watch (apple watch series 3 gps only) would be 40% or less by the end of the shift, not on battery saving mode. So depending on what functions you use and have on, depends on frequency for charging. When I am not using the watch I turn it off, such as when at home, so I have had a time when I did not have to charge the watch for 48 hours.
