• Don't know of any CGM (continuous glucose monitor) that has software that can align to an Apple Watch or other type "smart" watch. You can use a smart phone (either iOS or Android based) with a CGM such as Dexcom or Freestyle Libre to have a way to measure your blood glucose levels without having to draw blood each time.

• Are you asking about blood glucose monitoring in the Apple Watch Series 8? No, it does not. As a diabetic, I’d love a way to test my glucose that is non-invasive but that technology isn’t available yet. As to why it isn’t part of the Apple Watch Series 8 - ask Apple.
