“This watch is advertised as having the blood oxygen measuring feature. I thought Apple wasn’t allowed to sell those anymore under the patent infringement ruling. How can this watch have that feature and still be for sale in the US?”

Because retailers had already purchased models with the sensor. Apple can’t legally and doesn’t sell them with the sensor ANYMORE. So once other retailer’s inventory runs out, it’ll be gone for good. If you want it, hurry and get it now.
