• The Apple Watch Series could be bought jus GPS or GPS+Cellular. The most indicate is a GPS. If you decide to use with different Cell Phone do you have a "standard watch". But if you likes to enjoy all benefits, it is working better with IPhone

• There are options for both. The employee that helped me offered both to me but I am unsure of the price difference or any other details.
