Good luck. I had so much trouble that I cancelled my entire dishwasher order, unit, installation, install kit, extra protection. Went to a small appliance store and got a better unit at a lower price and installation the next day.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I told them to take the new refrigerator back with them since they had brought the wrong ice maker for the second time. I had called & asked them to make sure it was an ice maker that would fit this time, otherwise if they came and it didn't fit - AGAIN - they could take frig I had purchased back. The delivery guys tried the ice maker - if course it did not fit, so I told them to just take the frig back, like I had told them on the phone befor delivery. The delivery guys said they were going to the truck to get their equipment to move it. And then THEY JUST LEFT without saying a word. The truck was gone!!!!! How unprofeshional can you get? I spent the next 2 hours on the phone where I was told I had to make another appointment to get it picked up & retuned. They said the first appointment I coild get for that was a week away. So I had a refrigerator sitting in my living room blocking my way for a week. The woman on the phone also said that she would "graciusly" waive the $100 FEE to pick it up!!!!!!!! So best buy wanted to charge me to retrieve the piece of junk that they sold me with the wrong parts!!!!!!!! How are you still in business????
