“Just like everyone else, I'd like to see some sort of update on when this is shipping out. I usually try to alter my work schedule to I can be there to receive the delivery and avoid any complications, but the lack of information here is problematic.”

Both Best Buy and UPS notified me when I was expected to receive the item down to the time of day it's supposed to arrive.
