• Yes, you can. No router needed, I have mine connected to WIFI on my Android, Im sure its the same for iPhone.

• The Arlo Indoor camera needs not to be connected directly to your router as it will communicate with your network through wifi. Also, it works with iOS devices with iOS version 11 or higher. ^RM
