It will depend on the motion frequencies your catching, my uncle has to recharge every 4-7 days inside with very high motion catches

Please try again later.(Arlo pro 1 and 2) Average life after 2 yrs, is about 3- 4 months with most activity and use at night. we have 5, but 1 just stopped after 9 using IR and was pretty much useless and door would not close correctly....tried to reach customer service, huge hassle, fill out questionnaires, people who have no knowledge just search online while your waiting..............CS is pretty much like dell in the 90's....if CS wasnt so bad, they would be decent imho, poor cs, keeps me from recommending
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Rather than worry about battery re-charging, I happened to notice the option to purchase charging cords (25 or 30 ft ) for each camera , which I did. (Moderately priced). That way the cameras are plugged in at all times. So far, works perfectly.

We have to recharge the battery at most about every 3 months , usually 4 plus. Yes, its a bit of a chore to climb up on a ladder to bring it in to recharge but its a few months apart so...
