How far will this camera see? If it includes windows of another house I don't want it to see in but can it? Can it see in through windows? ( at night with lights on I would think it would see right in to the guest house 50 feet away. null

Its integrated spotlight is only capable to illuminate the area near the camera to capture colored night vision videos. With 50ft. distance and no other light source, the camera might just show pitch dark from view from that range. ^RM

Well yes and no... there is schedules with filters etc so you control what you want to see when you want to! It's a really neat but intricate system. My advice, get the geek squad total home protect year warrantee and pay the 50$ to have a pro help. If on the inside of a window the sensors will not be able to function if there is a glare.
