• As the system is designed to work in cold temperatures, a bit more context would be needed and sent to Arlo for review.

• If you had the older Arlo with the routers, then I would disconnect the router. When I bought Essentials. When I installed the 3rd camera, NONE of them worked! Finally unplugged the router and they work fine.
