I have 2 Arlo hard wire flood lights. One inside my garage and one outside. The floodlight outside goes on and off constantly from mist , rain etc.. causing tons of recordings. Can I turn the spotlight feature off on the these new arlo cameras ? null

Yes. Choose the device you want to turn off light, settings video settings when you see "spotlight" turn off.

Yes, to turn the spotlight feature of the camera, navigate to Settings > My Devices > select your camera > Video Settings > Low Light Settings > toggle the Spotlight off.
