Q: QuestionIf the battery cannot be removed - what do I do if the battery quits charging. Is there a warranty on it or is it useless?

• A:Answer Battery can not be change, so if you charge the unit you have to remove the whole camera. If the battery dies, just dispose the whole camera. But i think, this camera can be charge more than 100 times before the battery give up. Hopefully.

• A:Answer Initially it worked but purchased an internet signal booster that forces a re-initiation of service and the promo goes away. This should have been thought thru by the manufacturer to ensure BestBuy PUTS THE SECURE CODE on your receipt but of course we know that didn’t happen!

Q: QuestionCan the Arlo be left plugged in all the time therefore eliminating having to take it down for charging? I have receptacles on my eave corners for lights and could just leave the charging cable plugged in.
