I always had dual band 2.4 and 5G, and I’m pretty sure that u have both too. But I noticed when you pair the doorbell only recognize 2.4 band

No, it can not connect to 5GHzz band but it works with 2.4GHz network of your router. Alternatively, you can connect it to compatible Arlo base station/SmartHub detailed here : https://kb.arlo.com/000062284/. ^RM
