“Are the power cord and power adapter waterproof for outside cameras? Also, can you attach the camera to the side end of the gutter using one of the gutter mounts sold separately?”

Power cords are definitely waterproof, no issues there. I would think the gutter mount would work, hard to answer without seeing, but they are pretty basic units.
