No I tried couldn't get Arlo app on my tv . You could probably run a hdmi from your laptop to tv if your laptop has that .

If you have a Samsung TV and Smarthings Set Up, Yes you can

You are supposed to be able to. I have had no luck getting it to work. there is a You Tube video of a guy who shows he was able to do it, and I followed the instructions but was unable to do it.
