• Yes if the sound loud enough it will start recording for your set duration. I have dogs and when they bark the camera starts recording.

• It will if the audio sensitivity is all the way up. My indoor camera will start recording due to loud noise (loud cars included) from outside so I’ve had to adjust the audio a few times.
