You would need a second email address, otherwise you need to pay since you would be over the 5 camera limit. 

If you keep the same account, all the videos will appear in the same place as running a single base station.

You can set it up at home 2. Use the Arlo app to add it while connected to the same network you want to add it to, it will find it and configure fine
