“I only want to record when I access it in order to preserve battery. Is this an option. I am recording a pregnant horse and they move all the time so I find that battery dies quickly. I only want to have the camera record when I log in to see her.”

If you set the mode of your system to 'Disarmed' then it won't record unless you're logged in & viewing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. If you do not Arm the system for continuous recording with any actions, you can just login and select the camera you want to view. At that tim you will get live feed. Also you can go to settings and turn off any camera you do not want Armed to record. You can choose how many cameras you want to record.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sure... You just put it in the "disarmed" mode... When you want to view - just select the device (camera) and hit the "play" arrow - it will then show you the live video until you hit the stop button.
