Yes you can. The Arlo app is extremely easy to use. Once you’ve set up the system via the app from the first go around, you can then allow other users access through the app by selecting the proper actions inside the app itself. My wife and I both have administrator access through the Arlo app on IOS, two iPhone, two iPads, and a MacBook Pro.

You can only link the system to one Arlo account but you may invite other users to have access to the same cameras and have them create their own accounts by utilizing the "Grant Access" feature detailed here : https://kb.arlo.com/000039122. ^RM
