Questionhow would you suggest mounting the cameras on a colonial style house in order to avoid having to climb ladders every time the batteries need to be swapped? my gutters are up really high and I am not very steady on ladders especially with heights.

- Answer Maybe purchase the solar panel accessory? I did for one of mine. The others I mounted lower and had my electrician run electric to them so I never have to worry about batteries.

- Answer I ran a power cord to camera, as the camera showed battery discharge, I would plug in the cord to recharge! then unplug, not to kill the battery (don't know if it would BUT!)

- Answer I've read several posts that claim the Pro3 Base station will support Arlo cameras. Just installed Pro3 today. Used the sync function on the base and old camera to no avail. Would love some "instruction" and not just a KB link!

- Answer Yes if you want to store your recordings in the cloud for 14 days or 30 days. You however can store the recordings locally on a external hard drive attached to the smart hub without charge but you will not be able to view these recordings on the Arlo phone app

- Answer The price is based on the number of cameras. One camera is a few dollars a month and I believe up to five cameras is about ten dollars. Check their website for exact amounts.

- Answer Yes you can add additional cameras but there is a 10.00 per month charge for a 30 day library of recordings if you have more than 5 cameras. I have 7 cameras they are very easy to sync my plan allows up to 10 cameras

- Answer No, however it comes with an Arlo Smart trial. When the trial expires, you have the option to purchase an Arlo Smart subscription. Without an Arlo Smart subscription, you can still add up to 5 cameras to your Arlo account, live stream, and receive motion and audio notifications. ^RM
