Two systems. The cameras have to talk directly to the base station and not across your network. I will say that I have cameras about 500-600 feet away from the base and they work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Arlo Pro 3 base station connects to 1 router via Ethernet so it can’t be split between 2 routers. That being said, the cameras may have enough distance to go from that one base station to your house and shop. It depends on the distance and the number of walls between the base station and cameras.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Arlo will only run on one Router. Best to my knowledge. Arlo's Hub plugs directly into a router. Long as the cameras can access Wifi from the hub you are good. Cameras gets a wifi signal from the Arlo Hub not your router. The app also tells the wifi signal strength of each camera from the hub.
