Is there a monthly charge, or subscription fee? null

There are options that you would be charged a fee for, but otherwise there are no fees. You get 7 days of cloud recording free.

No fees or subscription unless you have more than 5 cameras to a hub. I have 9 cameras and 2 hubs. There is an option to subscribe but you mostly likely won't need it.
