“If you put this in an Interior window can the motion flood light be picked up right out side the window?”

• Yes it likely would, but if you do that you risk the floodlight itself reflecting on the window and ruining any video quality. It’s better suited for outdoor use.

• Motion detection does not work through windows reliably. The type of motion detection used by this camera, detects changes in heat. Most glass used in homes today is insulated, limiting the movement of heat through the glass. If you are attempting to detect motion outside, we recommend placing your camera outdoors. ^RM
