• not sure what the minimum upload speed but should take much I have my cameras at least 30 feet apart and 30 feet from the base

• My camera in the back of the house is about 35 feet from the base and has to go through stucco and plaster. It works fine from that distance. Don't know about the upload speed. I have fiber optic and it works great at 40mpbs.
