“When the camera detect motion do it stop recording while it goes to the cloud. Meaning if someone walks in front of it and it record a 10 sec clip, while its going to the cloud and some one set the motion detector off again will it still record it”

I use multiple camera to catch all angles i think you would miss the 10 seconds of movement
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine goes directly to my phone. Arlo has it's own memory data. Not sure if it's part of the CLOUD.. I have had 10 second to 3 min vids. If the person/animal sets of the detection, then stands motionless, it will start another recording upon more movements.. Yes it will still reord while uploading
