The Pro 4 camera requires either wireless or an Arlo Base Station, but since you do not have wireless the Pro 3 is a better option since the base station is included in the kit. My Pro 4 cameras are indoors where I work but at home I have Pro 3 and they have preformed without issue in rain, snow, and sun.
