Yes. The Arlo Pro 4 camera is equipped with push to talk feature that lets you hear and speak with the person through the camera. ^RM

You can talk to people through the camera. You can hear them alot better than they can hear you. With the volume all the way up someone has to be within a couple feet of the camera and you speaking pretty loud for them to hear you. On the other hand you can hear them easily.
