Although not a commercial solution, the Arlo solution might meet your needs. You’ll have to figure out how big of an area you’ll need to cover and if the number will meet your needs. You can use their cloud based storage or a Hub solution to store video content but Arlos typically are set up with triggers - motion triggers to store content. All come with rechargeable batteries that look to last 3-6 months depending on usage.
