Living here in Idaho, we also get some pretty extreme cold climate. Having had the “Arlo” cameras for some 10 years now, they have yet to fail due to any cold or wet conditions. The batteries continue to last on a single charge approximately 6 months depending upon how much they are used and/or activated. “Hope that helps?”
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In our experience, the cameras will go a little over 2 weeks on a full charge. Which is a bit less than advertised. Not sure if the spotlight feature drains the battery a bit faster, considering the fact that we have lots of animals out where we live and this feature enables every time it senses motion The weather has been in the low 20’s for over 3 weeks I’m sure the only benefit the wired cameras offer is that you don’t have to climb up there and swap out the battery
