How do you remove the casing to insert the battery into this unit? I do not see a button anywhere to move the camera and insert the battery into the casing? null

I’ll answer to help all that have been stuck in this nightmare!!! Use the little pin and push in! No where in the limited instructions is this stated! Hope this helps many!!!

The document referenced by the Arlo Team shows a different version of the Arlo camera (maybe the Pro 3?). Their document shows a white large button, whereas these Pro 4 w/spotlight sold by Best Buy have a smaller metal button. I had to use a phillips head screwdriver to provide enough force to push on it to release the camera from the housing so that i can insert the battery. But 1 of the 3 that I got, i still cannot open. The amount of force required is quite high, so i'm not sure if i'm doing it correct.

I used a small phillips head and pushed very hard on the little silver hex screw that is located where the instructions say the remove push battery button is. I found it helpful to push the camera into the housing slightly, that relieved some of the pressure on the screw / release button.
