• You have to use the little tool. Insert it into the hexagonal hole and turn to release to camera from its sleeve.

• To change the battery in Arlo Pro 4: Press the button next to the charging port underneath the camera. A clicking sound occurs, and the camera slides partially out of the camera housing. Pull the camera until it is entirely removed from the camera housing
