• The Arlo Pro 4 cameras require 2 Mbps upload per camera. Please note that the Arlo Pro 4 camera can only connect to a 2.4 GHz WiFi network during setup.

• I would not recommend. I am not sure how much data they use but they require a constant WiFi connection to function. All video is stored on a cloud for access with your app via the WiFi connection. I would check out the Arlo Go as they do not require an internet connection I believe.
