• Yes, the camera or kit you purchase will have the mounts in the package or you can use it just by setting it on a flat level surface aimed towards the window or door you want to monitor.

• Yes the quality is excellent, but they're also weatherproof; I've got 3 mounted on the outside of my house here in Seattle and they've withstood rain & wind just fine. They're good down to -4F, too!

• Yes you can. However, they can also be mounted outdoors. I would suggest getting a sleeve for the unit if you mount it outside though.
