How do you adjust the distance to activate camera null

We did ours by placement. The higher it is angled to direction you want covered you will get more area. How it worked for us at least

The distance is not required to be adjusted, the Arlo Pro 5 can be placed a maximum of 300 feet (90 meters) from the Arlo SmartHub or router. The maximum line-of-sight range of 300 feet is reduced by each wall, ceiling, or other major obstruction between the camera and Arlo SmartHub or router.
