“Can This System be made wired I plan on putting a couple cameras up higher and don't want to climb or open windows during the winter months to recharge battery's and that's another question how does the weather/rain/snow affect the screen /view”

No sure none of the instructions have that option The battery is only good to -10 outside. We plan on bringing ours in for the winter months and mounting them inside We have had ours for 2 months and the batteries are still at 100%. They are small clips of movement maybe 30sec
