• Not 100% sure on this. The newer version is supposed to have internal storage versus the one I have that stores in the cloud. Hope this helps.

• It would theoretically "record" but it won't get saved anywhere. So, from your point of view, it'd be a no. Remember the Cloud account (where the video gets stored) is on the internet
