Maybe because you have a slow internet connection?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My cameras froze up all the time because the range is poor unless everything is in one open area. I have a Netgear router and bought a Netgear Range Extender. I then placed the extender in a central locatiom in between all my cameras and connected the Netgear camera hub to it. Since i have done this it is almost perfect. The motion range is poor, especially outside. It seems to he only about 15 feet. Once again, improving the connectivity helped the motion detection out a little bit since it was flakey wven within 10 feet. There are adjustments to the sensitivity so you may have it set to low ir medium. I suggest increasing it, but this will 8ncrease battery usage, which for me is high and expensive.
