Mine had a very weak signal with my router less than 20 feet from the see device. I would highly recommend buying the arlo hub. Since doing so i have had 100% signal on both my devices with no issues to our wifi. I also have no problems viewing theu the app with the hub. Its a MUST purchase.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If connected to a router, it would depend on the type of router and how good it can provide its connection to the camera. Also, factors like wall, ceiling, or other major obstruction between the camera and router might decrease its range. ^RM
