Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy asked me to answer your question. Unfortunately I cannot verify that it’s a disk. They lost my package(tracking still to this day 3 weeks later shows”USPS awaiting package”. I contacted them and they verified it shipped and I would have it in 72 hours. I waited 72 hours still no package. Reached out again, they verified the package was lost and said we will re-ship and you will receive email shortly. Waited 24 hours no email, reached out again, was told takes 48 hours. Waited 48 hours reached out again and was told it takes 10-12 days to send me a confirmation email for their investigation team to research how they lost my package, so I wait for this part of my child’s Christmas present that’s not going to arrive by then because no one can figure out how they lost my package before they shipped it and they refuse to actually help.
