Hello Manny! The Astro Gaming HDMI Adapter for PlayStation 5 is supporting the following resolutions: 720p @ 120 Hz, 1080p @ 120 Hz, and 4K @ 60 Hz. Now as you probably know, your resolution and refresh rate will be limited by the lowest version HDMI device in your video chain. This means that if you are using any device or cable less than HDMI 2.0b you will be capped at the HDMI rating of that device. For example if you are connecting with a cable rated for HDMI 1.3 then you will be limited to HDMI 1.3 capabilities. You can check the full details here: https://blog.astrogaming.com/2020/12/astro-hdmi-adapter-frame-rates-and-resolutions/ So if you've confirmed all of your equipment is good, make sure your desired video options are selected in the video settings of your PS5, and it should work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have mine connected to my monitor and I’m running 120hz. You sure the problem isn’t the game your playing or a setting ?
